The Foundation
Nemea was founded in 1998 to provide a broad set of senior consulting skills to meet the requirements of clients who needed to get more value from external consultants. Since then, the foundation which underpins all of our service offerings and client engagements is based on two core skill sets supported by our own methodologies and industry best practice:
Project Management
A widely misunderstood term within the industry. We believe in project management as a core discipline rather than a bolt on routine with endless gannt charts moving back and forth between client and provider project teams.We deliver a clear and uncluttered project management expertise that is effective as a means of planning and managing the executions of both business and IS projects.This is based on our clear and standard methodology that facilitates effective planning, execution and risk management throughout the lifecyle of a client project. This is supported by robust reporting schedules and a common set of tools that are employed throughout the organisation.
Business Analysis
Nemea Consulting have developed business analysis as a core expertise which together with our Project Management expertise underpin all of our service offerings and client engagements.We offer clients a two strand business analysis skill set that supports both business and IT related initiatives. We have developed our own methodology that defines a set of knowledge tools and techniques to support business and IT analysis programmes.
